Gaming Laboratories International LLC (GLI) has named a new client service representative to its Macau testing and consultancy team. The United States-based lottery and gaming assessment company says Jacqueline Lin (pictured) will work with the “growing list of clients” GLI has in the Asia-Pacific region that are served by the company’s subsidiary GLI Asia Ltd.
“Having previously worked for GLI Asia in an internship capacity, Jacqueline has a distinct advantage that will help her hit the ground running,” GLI Asia general manager Marina Wong said in a press release issued on Monday. “We look forward to leveraging her excellent customer service, sales, and professional customer-relationship skills as we continue to strengthen our outstanding capabilities throughout the expanding Asian gaming market.”
Ms Lin has a bachelor’s degree in international and public affairs from the University of Macau. She is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
GLI Asia is celebrating the 10th anniversary of the establishment of its Macau operation. GLI’s Macau laboratory commenced operation in July 2007.
