The Gaming Standards Association (GSA) has added eight new members, adding to its growing international membership. Among the new members is the Macau Gaming Equipment Manufacturers Association (MGEMA), the organiser of the Macao Gaming Show, the GSA said in a press release on Tuesday.
The international trade group has offices in the United States and in Macau, the latter serving the Asia region. The association in June announced the establishment of an office in Europe.
Joining the GSA as a ‘silver member’ is eBet Gaming Systems Pty Ltd of Australia. Joining as ‘bronze members’ are Amtek Corp Pty Ltd and Reel Time Gaming from Australia, Apollo Soft ka from Czech Republic, and Austria’s Greentube I.E.S. GmbH.
Interblock USA and LT Game International (US) Ltd are also joining the group. The latter is a unit of LT Game Ltd, one of the leading manufacturers of electronic table games for Macau and other leading gaming markets. LT Game is chaired by Jay Chun, who also presides over MGEMA.
“We are pleased to welcome these eight new members. At GSA, we are gratified that our membership reflects the diversity of the gaming industry – in terms of the various facets of gaming in which they operate and the many countries they represent,” the association’s president Peter DeRaedt said in the statement
“This global membership underscores our mission to bring standards to the entire global gaming industry,” he added.
