Dennis Andreaci (pictured), a former casino executive who served in senior roles in Macau, Singapore and Manila in the Philippines, is to collaborate with Spectrum Gaming Group LLC, a firm specialising in research and regulatory compliance services for the gaming industry.
The company announced in a press release on Wednesday what it termed a “strategic alliance” with Mr Andreaci. It didn’t specify the terms of the deal.
“His experience will allow Spectrum to offer a broader range of services to both our Asian and international clients. Such services include casino development, operational and management audits, international marketing studies and anti-money laundering services,” said Spectrum managing director, Fredric Gushin, as quoted in the release.
Mr Andreaci has held senior executive positions with Las Vegas Sands Corp. They include the period that the Macau unit opened Sands Macao and the Venetian Macao. He also worked on the planning and development of Las Vegas Sands’ Marina Bay Sands in Singapore.
Mr Andreaci has also served as a senior executive at Galaxy Entertainment Group Ltd’s Cotai resort Galaxy Macau; and at Bloomberry Resorts Corp’s Solaire Resort and Casino in Manila, the capital of the Philippines.
The Spectrum group is based near the casino gaming hub of Atlantic City, New Jersey, in the United States. A sister business, Spectrum Asia Ltd, is based in Bangkok, Thailand, and offers services across Asia.
The group says its client base includes government agencies in, respectively, Singapore, West Virginia and Massachusetts. Its services cover: regulatory and due-diligence services; work related to Internet gaming; public policy matters; and feasibility and economic-impact studies.
