Gaming testing specialist and technical consultancy Gaming Laboratories International LLC (GLI) says it is expanding its laboratory capacity in Asia Pacific to meet customer needs.
The company said the services it provides to customers “have driven a burst of growth for the company throughout the Asia Pacific region”. GLI has three labs in Australia and one in Macau.
GLI Australia has expanded one of its existing Australia locations this year and is developing plans for growth in its Sydney operation, the firm said in a statement on Monday.
GLI Australia has also increased staffing levels “to accommodate continually increasing demand, adding 21 new staff members so far this year,” said the parent company.
“Our multiple locations in the Asia Pacific region give us many advantages over our competitors that enable us to better serve our customers,” said Espee de Robillard (pictured), chief operating officer for Asia Pacific at GLI.
“For example, three Macau-based engineers are relocating to Australia for cross-training and specialised training as we look to expand our reach and further meet customer needs,” he added.
GLI, created in 1989, currently serves more than 475 global jurisdictions, according to Monday’s press release. In May, GLI was at Global Gaming Expo (G2E) Asia in Macau promoting the Kobetron line of test equipment tools.
