House Advantage LLC, a U.S.-based specialist in services to promote casino customer loyalty, announced on Thursday it has teamed exclusively with SIC Innovations LLC to develop and distribute a player engagement tool for casinos. It is aimed at casino customers’ mobile digital technology.
The interactive player application is called ‘Casino On the Go’ (COG).
“Casino operators around the world are interested in technology to engage their customers at a deeper level. COG will engage customers consistently in a powerful way, whether they are on their way to a casino, already in the casino, or at any other stage in the customer’s day,” Jon Wolfe, president and chief executive of House Advantage, said in a statement.
“Early on in our research to find a player-focused casino mobile application, we realised the opportunity of developing one specifically focused on engagement and loyalty,” stated Rich LeBaron, managing director of SIC Innovations. “We struggled to find an app that engaged users and encouraged interaction inside and outside of the casino, so we decided to build one from scratch.”
COG aims to drive loyalty and frequent usage through interactive content, behaviour-driven triggered awards and offers. It will be available both for the iOS and Android mobile platforms.
Earlier this month, House Advantage entered into a licensing and development agreement with Australian gaming supplier Aristocrat Leisure Ltd. Under the deal, Aristocrat will be the exclusive licensee and sales distributor for House Advantage’s gaming product suite in the North American market.
