Singapore’s CMC Trading Engineering (International) Pte Ltd, a manufacturer of gaming accessories and gaming tables, is one of six new members of the Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers (AGEM). The new members were approved by the board of the trade body and announced on Wednesday.
The trade association said it now represents a total of 154 members. It had already announced eight new members in January.
Other new AGEM members include: Automated Cashless Systems, based in Reno, Nevada, a provider of payment processing technology; Duane Morris LLP, based in New Jersey, a law firm and experienced gaming practice group; and Gaming and Entertainment Touch Technology, based in Las Vegas, a developer of technology for gaming devices;
Among the new members are also: Holley, Driggs, Walch, Fine, Wray, Puzey and Thompson, a U.S.-based a law firm with offices in Reno and Las Vegas; and Majestic Realty, based in California, a developer and owner of business parks in the United States.
AGEM is a non-profit international trade association representing manufacturers and suppliers of electronic gaming devices, lotteries, systems, table games, online technology, key components and support products and services for the gaming industry.
The body also compiles – in association with research firm Applied Analysis LLC – the AGEM Index, which tracks stock prices of listed firms in the casino equipment supply sector.
In January, AGEM announced the election of a new slate of officers.
