Over 1,200 full-time, part-time and internship positions are to be offered in a career fair at Singapore casino complex Marina Bay Sands, to be held on March 9 and 10, said the property operator in a Monday release.

It was described as the resort’s “largest career fair” of 2025. The event, at Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre, will offer jobs across more than 25 departments, including “butlers, call centre executives, engagement ambassadors, F&B specialists, housekeeping attendants, limousine drivers and technicians”, the release said.

“We are excited to host our annual career fair once again and welcome talented individuals to strengthen our over 11,800-strong diverse and inclusive workforce,” said Chan Yit Foon, senior vice president of human resources at the property, as cited in the Monday statement.

A two-day career fair for Marina Bay Sands in 2024 attracted around 3,400 attendees, with thousands of interviews conducted during the gathering, the release noted.

The human resources executive remarked: “The variety of roles available reflects the diverse career pathways in the hospitality industry, and reaffirms our commitment to creating attractive jobs as one of Singapore’s largest private-sector employers.”

New jobs are being offered as Marina Bay Sands “makes steady progress” in its “US$1.75 billion multi-year transformation”, said the update.

Roles available include executive chef and tea master positions at what is described as the property’s first and fully-owned and -operated Cantonese fine dining restaurant, Jin Ting Wan, due to open in the the summer, the release also mentioned.

For the 2025 career fair, Marina Bay Sands said it was introducing a “refreshed” publicity campaign for recruitment, it calls ‘We Take You Above Beyond’.

It described it as a “new brand service culture programme” aligning with the property’s consumer-facing ‘Above Beyond’ marketing campaign announced in November.

That followed the completion of the Paiza Collection of suites and other luxury accommodation on the top floors of all three towers at the casino resort complex.
