Casino operator Sands China Ltd has hosted what it describes as luxury brand Louis Vuitton’s “inaugural fashion show” in Macau.
The event (pictured), titled the “Louis Vuitton Cruise 2026 Macau Show”, took place on November 13 at The Londoner Arena, part of Sands China’s The Londoner Macao resort in the Cotai district.
“As the first-ever Louis Vuitton show in Macau, the international luxury brand brought the event to Asia for regional prestige guests [who travelled] to view the full collection of the Cruise 2026 show,” Sands China said in a release on Monday.
The fashion show unveiled the latest collection by Nicolas Ghesquière, Louis Vuitton’s artistic director for women’s collections.
The release quoted David Sylvester, president of global retail at Las Vegas Sands Corp, the parent company of Sands China, as saying: “Bringing an international fashion event of this calibre to Macau for the first time marks an important milestone.”
He added: “It reflects our ability to unite luxury fashion, exceptional hospitality, and world-class experiences, further elevating the profile of Sands China. Our collaboration with Louis Vuitton embodies a shared vision to create unforgettable luxury lifestyle moments.”
The Louis Vuitton Shoppes at Four Seasons, Macau Flagship store reopened in April. It is located at The Plaza Macao resort, adjacent to The Londoner Macao, and is also operated by Sands China.
The fashion brand has outlets in other Macao casino resorts.
