Light & Wonder Inc’s progressive slot game “Master Fuwa” has seen Asia launches at casino resorts in the Philippines and Macau, according to information issued by one of the venues and by the supplier, and reviewed by GGRAsia.
Okada Manila in the Philippine capital, was Light & Wonder’s “Philippines-first” partner for the debut of Master Fuwa, the supplier told GGRAsia separately by email.
A prepared statement from the property was also shared with GGRAsia, which said the Okada Manila launch for the slot (pictured) took place during a February event for its “VIP Reward Circle” members, who were offered “priority access” to the new game.
Rick Colman, vice president of electronic gaming at Okada Manila was cited saying in the prepared statement: “We are proud to introduce Master Fuwa to the Philippines market and to introduce it here at Okada Manila.
“We continuously elevate our gaming portfolio to reflect our commitment to offering fresh, high-energy experiences that keep our guests at the forefront of global gaming trends.”
Master Fuwa is said to feature a two-level carousel, containing features, feature combinations, bonuses and jackpots. The game is available on Light & Wonder’s Kascada Dual Screen and Kascada Slant cabinets.
In Macau, MGM Macau and MGM Cotai – the Macau properties of MGM China Holdings Ltd – launched Master Fuwa during the Lunar New Year last month. That is according to a social media post from Light & Wonder.
Master Fuwa has been developed by “the creators” of slot games “Duo Fu Duo Cai”, and “Jin Ji Bao Xi”, noted the social media post.
