Abbiati brings latest advances in RFID to G2E Asia

Italy’s Abbiati Casino Equipment, a leading provider of casino chips, plaques and table game equipment, will showcase its latest RFID gaming applications, furniture design and gaming currency at G2E Asia 2014.

“Asia is the fastest growing market at the moment and it plays a very significant role in our company’s business,” said chief executive Giorgio Abbiati. “G2E Asia provides us a unique opportunity to introduce our innovative products to the Asian operators.”

The Italian company will display a RFID baccarat table especially developed for the trade show, fitted with Walker Digital Table Systems LLC’s Perfect Pay Table Network platform.

“Tables integrated with RFID technology help casino operators reduce labour, eliminate dealers’ errors and players’ fraud while increasing game speed,” said Mr Abbiati.

During the trade show, the company will also showcase a blackjack table manufactured with special composite materials and designed for partner company DEQ Systems Corp.

Abbiati will also have on display a brand-new line of chips, plaques and jetons. This new range is includes a number of innovative security technologies, says the company.
