Gaming testing laboratory and technical consultancy BMM International LLC, branded as BMM Testlabs, has appointed Filippo Ferri as director of iGaming and new product strategy.
The news comes days after the firm announced it had been licensed for Philippine online gaming product tests.
Mr Ferri, a graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Sciences, is described as having more than 10 years of experience in gaming test laboratory and equipment supply sectors, and is said to have a comprehensive knowledge of iGaming and of regulations related to land-based gaming.
“He will be working closely with BMM’s global sales and service delivery teams to position BMM for continued growth in the online certification business,” said Gene Chayevsky, BMM executive vice president for Europe and South America, in a prepared statement in the appointment announcement.
Mr Ferri would also be working with senior management “to identify global growth opportunities for BMM in newly emerging gaming segments, such as daily fantasy sports and eSports and in developing… innovative service offerings for our customers,” said Mr Chayevsky.
