Casino industry trade body the Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers (AGEM) has announced a new board of directors, and expanded membership.
Ryan Comstock, acting chief executive of Australia-based slot machine maker Ainsworth Game Technology Ltd, was not among those standing for AGEM board election. He has another year still to serve in his two-year term as AGEM’s chair, according to a Thursday press release.
Thomas Jingoli, president and chief operating officer (COO) of Konami Gaming Inc, was chosen as AGEM treasurer, while Randy Gilbert, CEO of table-game systems provider TableTrac Inc, will serve as the association’s secretary.
Those appointed as AGEM directors for a one-year term included: Elaine Hodgson, president and CEO of Incredible Technologies Inc, a manufacturer of Class III casino gaming technology; and Lauralyn Sandoval, president of gaming strategy and business development at Aristocrat Gaming, a unit of Aristocrat Leisure Ltd.
Also appointed for a one-year term as directors were: Phil O’Shaughnessy, vice president for global communications, government relations and sustainability at International Game Technology Plc (IGT); and Steve DiMasi, senior vice president of global government affairs and business development at Light & Wonder Inc.
AGEM additionally said its board approved one-year terms “as ex-officio/non-voting members” on the board for: Cassie Stratford, senior vice president for legal operations and compliance at Boyd Gaming Corp; and Bob Parente, executive vice president and chief business development officer at Light & Wonder.
“These ex-officio/non-voting roles are established both to further expand the perspectives and voices within AGEM from the global gaming community and maintain dialogue on long-term AGEM strategic initiatives,” the body stated.
AGEM represents manufacturers of electronic gaming devices, systems, lotteries, and components for the gaming industry.
The body’s 2026 meeting also approved the membership applications of three companies: US Bank; Sun-Fly USA Inc; and Adostics Inc, each to join AGEM as associate members.
Three other companies had been approved as new members in late 2025: Walker Digital Table Systems LLC, in the silver category; CBRE and CasinoReviews.net, both as associate members.
Per the update, all new members will join AGEM when the body starts it new financial year on April 1, 2026.
