The Global Gaming Expo (G2E) Asia 2025 casino trade show and conference and the overlapping Asian IR Expo will “introduce a range of new initiatives, including 100 exclusive product launches debuting in Asia for the first time,” said its organisers.

G2E Asia’s exhibition and conference will be hosted at the Venetian Macao from May 7 to May 9 inclusive.

The Asian IR Expo – focusing on non-gaming, including live entertainment, sports and hotel design at integrated resorts (IRs) – will see the exhibition portion also hosted at the Venetian Macao during the same three-day period. The Asian IR Expo’s conference sessions will be held at Galaxy International Convention Center (GICC) from May 6 to May 8 inclusive.

Both events are organised by RX (Reed Exhibitions), and presented by the American Gaming Association.

The exhibitions will be held across more than 30,000 square metres (322,917 sq feet) and “will cover the full spectrum of the entertainment and travel industries,” said a Wednesday press release.

The aggregate event space is a “50-percent” increase from the 2024 editions, the promoters said in a press briefing in January.

Wednesday’s release said the organisers expected to “attract over 10,000 visitors from 80 countries and regions”.

The announcement said this year’s show will also introduce a “Gaming Innovation Forum”, featuring three full days of sessions “presented by G2E Asia Awards winners and nominees”.

“Located in the exhibition hall, the forum will be accessible to all event attendees,” said the organisers.

The Asian IR Expo will feature a new “Smart Hospitality Technology Experience Zone,” which the promoters said it will offer “an immersive and interactive onsite experience”.

G2E Asia 2025 is to feature more than 90 exhibitors; while the overlapping Asian IR Expo is to host over 60 exhibitors and sponsors, according to information disclosed by the organisers in January.
