House Advantage LLC is to supply customer loyalty software to Tiger Resort Leisure and Entertainment Inc, the developer of the Manila Bay Resorts casino project (pictured in a rendering) in the Philippines.
Under an agreement between the two sides, House Advantage will deploy its HALo Core customer loyalty software at Manila Bay Resorts, House Advantage said in a release.
House Advantage is a U.S.-based specialist in services and products to promote casino customer loyalty.
“HALo is field-proven globally to increase customer loyalty by actively engaging and rewarding patrons across their entire resort experience, and we are confident the HALo suite of products will be beneficial to Tiger Resort,” said Jon Wolfe, president and chief executive of House Advantage, in a statement.
HALo Core is described by the technology supplier as a suite of software featuring patron loyalty marketing tools. It also captures data on player experience and spending behaviours.
Tiger Resort, a company controlled by Japanese gaming entrepreneur Kazuo Okada, was given in September an extension in its construction timetable for Manila Bay Resorts, a venue located at Entertainment City, in the Philippine capital. The property is now scheduled to launch in December 2016.
Manila Bay Resorts – a multi-phase development – has been described as an approximately US$2-billion scheme.
