Electronic table games specialist Interblock DD has appointed Colleen McKenna (pictured) as vice president of marketing.
“Colleen brings a fresh perspective to our industry as well as global-marketing operations expertise. She has the creativity and expertise that will help us scale our marketing efforts while keeping in line with the trajectory of growth we anticipate,” Interblock chief executive John Connelly said in a statement.
Established in 1989, Interblock is best known in the gaming industry for its fully automated multiplayer electronic table games.
“In an industry where innovation is the key to success, Interblock is the clear leader,” said Ms McKenna. “I am thrilled to join the company that is at the forefront of delivering the most entertaining and technically advanced gaming experiences.”
Ms McKenna has more than 20 years of corporate and agency experience in marketing. She was recently with Symantec Corp – the fifth largest software company in the world – where she spent 17 years as a global executive within the company’s marketing department.
Previous to Symantec, Ms McKenna led corporate communications for Mitsubishi Electric America, as well as for global public relations agency, H+K Strategies.
