JCM Global promotes two executives

JCM Global promotes two executives

There have been two key promotions for executives employed by Japan Cash Machine Co Ltd at its headquarters for the Americas, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

JCM Global, a supplier of equipment to the gaming and other industries, issued a written announcement on Monday saying it had appointed Dave Kubajak (pictured, left) to the post of senior vice-president of sales, marketing and operations; and appointed Cliff Buckley (pictured, right) to the post of director of business development.

The announcement said Mr Kubajak and Mr Buckley together have more than 50 years of experience in the gaming industry.

The statement quoted JCM Global president Takatomo Imai as saying: “We believe Dave and Cliff will be able to provide even better service to our customers in their new positions”.

A Japanese news agency, Kyodo News, reported on Monday that JCM Global planned to shift to the Philippines the production of some casino equipment that it now makes in China, with a view to dodging the crossfire of the Sino-U.S. trade war, which carries the danger of higher U.S. tariffs on goods made in China.
