Konami Gaming Inc, a maker of slot machines and casino management systems for the global gaming market, has linked with a company called Hidden Fruit LLC to offer new functions via Synkros, Konami Gaming’s gaming floor analytics product.
Konami Gaming is a Las Vegas-based unit of Japan’s Konami Holdings Corp. Hidden Fruit is a Las Vegas-based digital marketing, customer relationship management and business intelligence firm “specialising in marketing automation, business analytics and customer insights,” according to the latter’s corporate website.
Matt Reback, vice president of marketing at Konami Gaming, said of the new product, in a statement issued by the group: “As someone with operations experience, I immediately saw the value in its ability to give operators a single location to observe, test, and process dozens of graphical indicators addressing all major business areas: slots, tables, marketing, cage, and more. This tool creates immediate, data-driven insights that put casino operators in the position to make critical decisions that can drive revenues and optimise business spend.”
The data collected and analysed by the new Synkros product is displayed in dashboard form on a computer or monitor for ease of use by casino managers.
Konami Gaming describes Synkros Dashboards as the industry’s “latest and most intuitive visualisation tool”, adding that it is “highly interactive”, and can be customised.
“With this newest Synkros enhancement, casino operators are given easy access to a comprehensive view of their business health and immediate opportunities to make informed operational decisions,” said Mr Reback.
