Casino operator MGM Resorts International, the Las Vegas parent of Macau-based MGM China Holdings Ltd, on Thursday announced the appointment of Lilian Tomovich as the company’s first chief experience officer.
The company said Ms Tomovich “will be responsible for creating and executing guest interactions across all marketing channels with the goal of continuously improving the guest experience company wide”.
Ms Tomovich has more than 20 years of marketing communication experience in the financial services, telecom and retail industries. She joins MGM Resorts from MasterCard International Inc, where she ran consumer marketing in the United States.
“Ultimately we are in the business of creating unique experiences for our customers,” Bill Hornbuckle, president of MGM Resorts, said in the statement.
