Inspire Entertainment Resort, a South Korean integrated resort (IR) with foreigner-only casino, has announced a “long-term strategic partnership” with global hospitality company Hilton Hotels Corp.
“This partnership aims to elevate the resort’s global customer recognition, appeal to a broader international audience, and elevate guest experiences,” the companies said in a Thursday joint press release.
According to the announcement, Inspire will “continue to manage its three hotel towers,” comprising a total of 1,275 rooms, while participating in Hilton Honors, the hospitality group’s global loyalty programme, “as a Hilton partner hotel”.
As per the update, Hilton Honors members “who book stays at Inspire directly through preferred Hilton channels will have access to instant benefits”.
The Inspire property is located near Incheon International Airport, the country’s main air hub that serves the capital Seoul.
Chen Si (pictured left), Inspire’s president, said the partnership would “enable Inspire to connect more deeply with travellers across Asia and beyond”.
He added: “This collaboration will mark a crucial milestone in Inspire’s journey to becoming a world-class entertainment destination, delivering extraordinary experiences that transcend borders and generations.”
Mr Si had mentioned in a recent interview with GGRAsia, the resort’s aim of linking to an international hotel brand.
Clarence Tan (pictured right), Hilton’s senior vice president of development Asia Pacific, said in Thursday’s announcement that the partnership with Inspire highlights his company’s “unwavering commitment to expanding Hilton’s footprint across South Korea, while introducing the largest resort facility in our Asia Pacific portfolio”.
“By uniting Hilton’s century-long legacy of exceptional hospitality with Inspire’s visionary destination, we are poised to redefine the guest experience-delivering unforgettable moments for both international travellers and local guests alike,” stated Mr Tan.
