SOFTSWISS, a global provider of iGaming software, says its flagship product, SOFTSWISS Casino Platform, marked its 12th anniversary this month.
The brand said in a Monday press release that the platform had a 576 percent quarter-on-quarter growth in registrations during the fourth quarter of 2024.
“The platform’s Referral System highlighted its growing appeal and effectiveness in driving player engagement,” said SOFTSWISS.
The brand noted that during 2024 the Casino Platform introduced a number of new elements.
They included “Product Store”, described as an in-game marketplace where players can purchase bonuses using real money, “creating a new monetisation channel for casinos while enhancing engagement”.
Also introduced was “Player Chat”, which the brand says is a real-time communication tool “fostering social interaction and allowing operators to promote features and campaigns directly to players”.
Another new feature was “Scratch Cards”, which SOFTSWISS says is a “gamification feature based on the popular Lootbox Bonus concept”, offering a new way for players to win rewards.
Another newcomer on the SOFTSWISS Casino Platform for 2024 was “Casino Stories”, a customer management system-integrated tool “enabling operators to share dynamic promotions, updates, and events through interactive visual content,” said the company.
A recent survey conducted by market research platform Kantar, the Casino Platform “achieved a 7.4 out of 10 satisfaction score, with customer support rated even higher at 7.8, reflecting a 0.5-point increase from 2022,” according to a January press release.
SOFTSWISS said the Casino Platform has expanded its team, “now comprising over 400 professionals across 19 countries”.
