Two technology firms from Taiwan are among 11 new members announced by casino industry trade body the Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers (AGEM).
EFCOtec Corp, based in Taipei, Taiwan, supplies embedded computing and related services. Touch Embedded Solutions Inc, also based in Taipei, provides touch display technology.
The 11 entities newly-inducted to AGEM take its total membership to 157, described by the body as “an all-time high”.
AGEM is a non-profit international trade association representing manufacturers and suppliers of electronic gaming devices, lotteries, systems, table games, online technology, key components and support products and services for the gaming industry.
The body’s work includes representing the sector in dialogue with regulators and lawmakers.
