“Strategic moves in content, product and marketing” by online gambling platform 1xBet resulted in a 68 percent sequential increase in the number of its active players in India during the first quarter, says the brand.
A 1xBet representative was quoted saying in a business update: “We are proud of the results for this quarter. They prove that players value our investment in high-quality content and innovative entertainment.”
“Developing promo campaigns that consider the interests of Indian clients and enhance our portfolio is just the beginning of our extensive efforts in 2025,” the spokesperson added.
1xBet said it signed during the last quarter new agreements with several leading gambling entertainment developers and providers, adding more than 50 new games to the platform.
The brand said that a “decisive influence” on 1xBet’s success in India was the addition of products that quickly gained popularity there, including crash games and slots from new partners
The 1xBet platform said it also had new offers for fans of live-casino games, including a partnership with live-gaming provider Winfinity. The duo launched “two exclusive Shangrila Baccarat tables with live dealers, specifically designed for premium customers”.
1xBet added: “This step has proven highly effective: the premium tables quickly gained popularity and continue to attract users to the Live Casino section.”
For the brand’s casino-section users, the 1xBet platform said it regularly holds tournaments with guaranteed prize pools.
For example, the Indian Casino League, dedicated to the new Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 cricket season, featured over 14,000 Indian people who competed for a prize pool of INR363,500 (US$4,250).
The gaming brand had launched a “large tournament Indian League Carnival” for customers in time for the start of the IPL season on March 21.
