Crane NXT Co, a maker of industrial-technology products including ones for the gaming sector, has announced the appointment of Kim DiMaurizio (pictured) as senior vice president and chief people officer, with effect from October 1, 2025.

In this role, Ms DiMaurizio “will lead the company’s global human resources strategy, including talent management, organisation development and HR [human resources] transformation,” stated the firm in a press release.

Ms DiMaurizio will report directly to Aaron Saak, Crane NXT’s president and chief executive.

The update cited Mr Saak saying the company was “thrilled” to welcome Ms DiMaurizio.

He added: “Kim is a seasoned business leader with a strong track record of accomplishment in global businesses. Her experience driving high-performance cultures, integrating acquired businesses, and leading HR transformations will be instrumental as we continue to grow and evolve Crane NXT.”

Ms DiMaurizio said in prepared remarks that she was “excited” to join Crane NXT “at such a pivotal moment” in the company’s journey.

“I look forward to partnering with this talented team, applying my experience, and driving impactful, strategic talent and organizational solutions that support our growth,” she stated.

Ms DiMaurizio was most recently vice president of global HR business partnering and organisational and talent solutions at Jazz Pharmaceuticals Plc, a global biopharmaceutical company.

She also held various leadership roles at Campbell Soup Co, Bausch & Lomb, Primedia, and Arthur Anderson, according to the announcement.

In August, management of Crane NXT said the company expects to achieve sales of about US$1.60 billion this year, the majority from its Crane Payment Innovations (CPI) business. If achieved, such figure would represent a year-on-year increase of circa 7.4 percent.

The firm said it anticipates the CPI business to generate sales of US$860 million this year, while sales in the security and authentication technologies business should top US$735 million.
