The first deployment in Asia of electronic table game (ETG) supplier Alfastreet’s V8 Sic Bo product has been completed.
The installation was “delivered and commissioned” by gaming equipment distributor Mindslot-e, according to a Tuesday announcement. Mindslot-e said it marked another step in bringing Alfastreet’s latest gaming technology to operators in Asia.
No details were disclosed regarding the venue or jurisdiction where the installation took place.
The V8 Sic Bo is based on Alfastreet’s V8 ETG line (pictured), featuring the same cabinet configuration used across the product line.
According to the manufacturer, the platform can accommodate up to eight players in a shared gaming environment and is also available in modular configurations for six, 10 or 12 player stations. It supports multiple game types depending on the configuration, including roulette and dice-based games.
The V8 Sic Bo represents the latest generation of Alfastreet’s ETG products, with the company highlighting its contemporary design, updated user interface and enhanced player experience.
The cabinet features 32-inch player displays, a 55-inch LED signage display, compatibility with player-tracking systems, and simplified access to the bill acceptor and cashbox for operators, according to the ETG supplier.
Slovenia-based Alfastreet says all of its V-line cabinets can be connected to as many as 32 games simultaneously, supporting live, automated and virtual game modes, as well as features such as simultaneous play, side bets and progressive jackpot systems.
Mindslot-e stated in Tuesday’s announcement that the V8 Sic Bo installation reflected its commitment to introducing Alfastreet’s gaming innovations to operators throughout the Asian market.
The update did not disclose the number of player stations involved in the installation or provide a timeline for additional deployments of the V8 Sic Bo product in the region.
