Casino electronic table games specialist Interblock DD from Slovenia has appointed gaming and hospitality finance professional Bryan Coy as the company’s chief accounting officer, the firm announced on Tuesday.

Most recently, Mr Coy served as chief accounting officer – Americas for privately held Aruze Gaming America Inc.

He has also served as director of financial reporting for Fontainebleau Resorts LLC; as chief financial officer for Shuffle Master – Americas; as vice president of finance at international hospitality developer Sunterra LLC; and as a manager at Deloitte and Touche LLP.

“Bryan is one of the most respected, most accomplished financial professionals in the gaming and hospitality industry. His extensive experience in public and private sector, road shows, SEC reporting, and international consolidations will be extremely valuable to Interblock during this aggressive growth period in our company’s history,” Interblock’s chief executive John Connelly said in a statement.

Mr Coy will be based in the company’s North American headquarters in Las Vegas, the firm said.

Interblock, established in 1989, is a specialist in fully- and semi-automated electronic table games and video gaming machines for casinos, gaming arcades and gambling halls.
