Gaming testing laboratory and technical consultancy BMM International LLC, known as BMM Testlabs, has appointed Marc Lee (pictured) as senior vice president for technology. Mr Lee will be based at BMM’s headquarters in Las Vegas, the firm said in a press release on Thursday.
The firm said Mr Lee will be “assisting regulators and clients in relation to the implementation of remote gaming technologies”. He will also “be responsible for the evolution of BMM’s software automation strategy for improved productivity and expanding BMM’s market-based software tools which are free-of-charge to the industry,” the company added.
Mr Lee has 25 years of experience in the IT industry, 11 of those spent in the gaming industry, according to BMM’s release. He is described as an expert in regulatory, compliance, large systems applications development and implementation for remote gaming.
Prior to joining BMM, Mr Lee worked in a senior technical role at Microgaming Software Systems Ltd and as a product executive at Derivco (Pty) Ltd.
“BMM welcomes another outstanding industry expert to its leadership group. Marc is a leader in his field of remote gaming where he has many years of real and direct experience,” Martin Storm, BMM’s president and chief executive, said in a statement.
“Marc is a technologist of the highest standard and an individual that clients and regulators can work with and learn from,” he added.
BMM was established in 1981, employs around 300 people in 13 global locations and serves more than 400 jurisdictions, according to the company. In Asia, BMM has offices in Macau and Singapore.
