A former senior marketing executive at Macau casino operator Sands China Ltd has joined House Advantage LLC, a U.S.-based specialist in services and products to promote casino customer loyalty.
Brett Kline has been hired as the company’s chief marketing officer, and will be based at House Advantage’s North American headquarters in Las Vegas, Nevada.
“His hiring underscores a wave of growth the company is experiencing throughout North America and Asia, including major enterprise contracts in the Western and Southwestern U.S., the Philippines and Macau,” House Advantage said in a press release. It added: “In his role, he will continue to grow the company’s presence in North America, Asia and new markets”.
Mr Kline was most recently vice president of relationship marketing for Sands China. In that role, he was responsible for leading loyalty marketing, customer relationship management and “capability development”, including expansion of Sands China’s loyalty programme, Sands Rewards Club, said his new employer.
“At House Advantage, we have deliberately and strategically assembled a leadership team comprised of experts with experience on the operations side of the industry… We are very pleased to welcome Brett to the House Advantage team, and we are confident our clients worldwide will benefit from his insights, experience, and expertise,” said Jon Wolfe, president and chief executive of House Advantage, in a prepared statement accompanying the announcement.
In July last year, Australia-based casino equipment supplier Aristocrat Leisure Ltd said it had reached a licensing and development agreement with House Advantage. Under it, Aristocrat became the exclusive licensee and sales distributor for House Advantage’s gaming product suite in the North American market, the Australian company said in a statement at the time.
