Under the agreement Jiangsu Huiyin Lottery is authorised to sell welfare lottery products as agent through its sales channels “including self-operated shops, franchised shops and other distribution networks, [with] totally approximately 686 points of sales in Anhui province,” said the filing.

In return Jiangsu Huiyin will receive a sales commission, with Anhui Provincial Welfare Lottery Issuing Centre providing sales terminal equipment.

Anhui province is due west of Shanghai and is in the top 20 administrative divisions of the country ranked by gross domestic product, and 8th largest when ranked by population, at 60 million people, according to the National Bureau of Statistics of the People’s Republic of China.

Huiyin Household Appliances is based in Yangzhou, Jiangsu province, and has self operated home appliance stores and self operated service centres; franchised stores and authorised service centres in 360 locations in 30 cities and districts across Jiangsu and Anhui province, according to the English-language version of the firm’s website.
