Gaming testing specialist and technical consultancy Gaming Laboratories International LLC has appointed veteran gaming executive Raul Bouchot (pictured) as senior client services representative.

In that role, Mr Bouchot will be providing “personalised customer service” to the company’s gaming and lottery clients “across the country and around the world,” said the company in a Monday press release.

“We are happy to welcome Raul to the client services team here at GLI,” said Justine Clay, the firm’s manager of client services, in a prepared statement.

“Raul brings a wealth of gaming industry experience to his new position as senior client services representative. His expertise will no doubt enhance our ability to deliver world-class customer service to our valued clients,” she added.

Mr Bouchot is described in the release as having more than 25 years of experience in the gaming industry, having held key executive management positions with several gaming companies.

“His skill set includes a strong emphasis on the Australasia, European, and Latin American gaming sectors. He also brings a broad range of knowledge regarding slots and live and electronic table games,” said GLI in Monday’s release.

GLI has operations in North and South America, Europe, Africa and the Asia Pacific region. The firm has three offices in Australia and one in Macau.
