Aristocrat Gaming, a supplier of slot machines to the land-based sector, says it has won a “competitive” request-for-proposal (RFP) process to develop “Monopoly”-themed slot games “for worldwide land-based gaming venues”.

Aristocrat Gaming said in a Tuesday press release that it secured a “multi-year agreement” with Hasbro Inc, a U.S.-based toy manufacturing and entertainment holding company that controls the intellectual property rights for the Monopoly brand.

“The landmark partnership will see Aristocrat Gaming launch all-new Monopoly-themed slot titles, beginning in early 2026,” stated the gaming supplier. “The company is excited to reintroduce one of the world’s most iconic brands to land-based slot games.”

Aristocrat Gaming is the business unit for land-based operations and equipment sales for Australia-listed Aristocrat Leisure Ltd.

Tuesday’s announcement cited Craig Toner, chief executive of Aristocrat Gaming, as saying: “To be selected as Hasbro’s land-based slots partner – after a highly competitive process – is a proud milestone for Aristocrat Gaming.”

He added: “Our commitment to innovation and bold creativity sets us apart, and we’re excited to reimagine Monopoly slot games for today’s players around the globe.”

Claire Hunter Gregson, director for gaming relationships at Hasbro, said in prepared remarks: “It was evident through our selection process that Aristocrat Gaming was the natural fit for the next evolution of the Monopoly brand in the gaming category.”

In a separate press release, Hasbro announced it had selected Evolution AB, a provider of online casino products to gaming operators, as the new business-to-business developer for Monopoly-themed online slots and live casino games.

Galaxy Gaming Inc was selected as the business-to-business developer and manufacturer for Monopoly-themed casino table games, while Bally’s Corp has been authorised to use the brand for business-to-consumer online casino operations.
