Gaming industry veteran Christophe Leparoux (pictured) is to work with Italy’s StylGame Srl in Asian casino markets.
Stylgame makes casino equipment including chairs, slot machine bases and poker tables, under the Royal Stool brand.
Mr Leparoux will collaborate with Stylgame in marketing its products in the Asia region via his company Golden Cathay Consulting.
He also provides consultancy services to gaming chip specialist Abbiati Casino Equipment, also based in Italy. He previously worked in Asia for chip maker Gaming Partners International Corp.
Luigi Iulita, StylGame’s chief executive, said in a statement: “We have always looked at Asia as a great potential market for our products and this is why we are very happy to seal this collaboration with Golden Cathay Consulting.”
Stylgame is based in Spilimbergo, in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region of northeast Italy. It also operates distribution businesses in Barcelona, Spain, and Las Vegas, Nevada.
