Gaming Laboratories International LLC (GLI) says it has launched an “all-new update” to its GLIAccess customer portal.
The gaming technology testing group and security consultant says the new GLIAccess offers “client project tracking capabilities, streamlined approvals and onboarding, and improved functionality”.
The improvements are “designed to further remove friction” from the engagement phase through to the submission phase.
Ian Hughes, GLI chief revenue officer, was cited saying in a Monday update: “For the last 21 years, GLIAccess has been an important tool for our clients.
“Now we are excited to launch this new version because it provides an even better customer experience with significantly improved features, enhanced self-service, and a wealth of information at [clients’] fingertips, making everything more efficient for today’s gaming industry.”
The round-the-clock portal was designed to allow easily the addition of fresh features, with several such features “planned for release later this year.”
Sangeeta Reddy, named in April as GLI vice president of innovation, spearheaded the project for the revamped GLIAccess project, according to the Monday update. She was cited as saying that the new version provides “real-time data, project updates, and seamless communication through a single, intuitive portal”.
Ms Reddy stated that the enhanced GLIAccess platform offers an enhanced graphical user interface “with a modern look and feel”, and “intuitive, user-friendly functionality”.
“The revamped platform streamlines every step from first engagement to certification… making collaboration smoother than ever,” she added.
