Konami Gaming Inc says it will present its SYNK Vision Tables at Global Gaming Expo (G2E) Asia 2025, a casino industry trade show and conference starting on Wednesday (May 7).

The firm added in a Wednesday press release, that the product marks a “significant advancement in biometric player recognition by integrating slot machines and table games into a unified platform”.

The product is said to be powered by SYNKROS, Konami’s casino management system. SYNK Vision Tables were developed in collaboration with United States-based Xailient Inc, and use what Konami says is “privacy-safe” facial recognition technology. Xailient also has an office in Sydney, New South Wales, in Australia.

According to Konami, another product – SYNK Vision Slots – already allows players to log in, earn rewards, and receive personalised promotions simply by sitting down at a machine.

The company added: “Through real-time biometric authentication, the system enhances security, prevents card misuse, and eliminates the need for physical loyalty cards. Players and operators have embraced this seamless experience, improving engagement and operational efficiency.”

According to Konami, the SYNK Vision Tables product “revolutionises player tracking and engagement by automatically recognising players as they take their seats, eliminating the need for manual card presentation or dealer intervention”.

The brand further noted: “This innovation ensures seamless seating,” of players and “instant rating, allowing casinos to accurately monitor play duration, bet amounts, and overall activity without disrupting the player experience”.

The release cited Joe Mayer, systems sales and operations manager at Konami Australia Pty Ltd, as saying: “By unifying slots and tables under a single biometric ecosystem, SYNK Vision provides casinos with a holistic view of player activity.”

He added: “This integration enables operators to optimise loyalty programmes, streamline operations, and enhance security measures. Players enjoy a more personalised and rewarding experience, while casinos gain valuable insights to drive engagement and operational efficiency.”
