Casino technology firm LT Game Ltd has launched for regulated online markets in Europe and Asia its own iGaming brand, “Infernoplay”. That is in a bid to promote via new channels its gaming content already proven in the land-based sector, as well as new products. So said Eddie Au, the company’s chief operating officer, in comments to GGRAsia.
LT Game has been canvassing industry interest in Infernoplay within regulated online gaming jurisdictions in Asia and Europe. Of those markets, the Philippines is “certainly a target”, Mr Au told GGRAsia.
Infernoplay is positioned as a business-to-business (B2B) game-content provider. Online-content development under that branding started last year, and Infernoplay now has a 20-plus game library, mostly slot game titles, the LT Game executive explained.
The Macau-headquartered firm is best-known for its live-dealer multi-game (LMG) electronic product for land-based casinos. In the latter venues, the LMG terminals are typically offered in a stadium format, with baccarat being often the most popular game option with players. The stadiums are served by one or more live dealers, but bet placement and bet settlement is done electronically via each player’s terminal.
The company also produces fully-automated electronic table games (ETGs) and slot products.
Mr Au told GGRAsia regarding Infernoplay: “Amongst the slot games developed so far, about half of them are existing slot titles from LT Game converted for online format; with the remainder being brand-new titles.”
He also noted: “Infernoplay’s collection also includes some table games. In the future, we should also have some casual games.”
Land-based concepts adapted for Infernoplay include LT Game’s sic-bo game “Mori Dice”, as well as “Enter the Dragon” and “Super Bull”. In the land segment, all three are electronic table-game play formats.
Mr Au noted: “The biggest effort in developing casino games is coming up with the game idea itself. So if that idea exists already, why not explore it beyond the land-based format?”
He further commented: “Likewise, if an online game developed is suitable for conversion into a land-based format, we can also do so. The reason we came up with Infernoplay is that we could explore bigger flexibility for our developed games.”
