Casino equipment supplier TCS John Huxley Ltd says it has installed its “Roulette Xtra” gaming tables in Singapore, which it described as a “premier” gaming destination in Asia.
That is according to a Tuesday social media update by TCS John Huxley. The supplier said it had installed six Roulette Xtra tables in the city-state, but did not identify where the product was deployed.
Singapore’s casino sector is a duopoly shared between Resorts World Sentosa, operated by Genting Singapore Ltd; and Marina Bay Sands, operated by a unit of Las Vegas Sands Corp.
“This major installation features our stunning Blaze LED surface technology and Quad Zero wheels,” TCS John Huxley said in the update.
The “Roulette Xtra” product is said to combine the traditional rules of a roulette game, and a random multiplier bet.
With Roulette Xtra, players will place their bets as normal; once the ball is spun and ‘No more bets’ is called, the game will randomly select four “Roulette Xtra numbers” along with random multiplier amounts ranging between “50 to 1” and “500 to 1”, according to the supplier.
As per the firm, Roulette Xtra allows operators to vary payouts with options for single, double, and triple zero wheels; while it also incentivises players to win “big payouts” without having to wager additional bets.
