Supplier of electronic gaming machines and casino management systems Aristocrat Technologies Inc says a conference it is hosting will permit customers to discuss innovations in their businesses. Aristocrat Technologies, a subsidiary of Australia-based Aristocrat Leisure Ltd, issued a press release on Wednesday saying it is staging the Insight to Innovation Customer Advisory Forum in Chicago, United States. The conference brings together leading figures in the business of slot machines and gaming systems.
“We are keenly focused on helping our customers grow their business and entertain their patrons with innovations that truly stand out on the gaming landscape,” said Matt Wilson (pictured), Aristocrat Technologies managing director of the Americas, in a prepared statement. “With forums like this, customers can share their insights with us and with each other, and that enables us to become an even better business partner.”
The co-founder of Age Wage, Maddy Dychtwalt, delivered the keynote address, ahead of two days of discussion that included sessions on customer feedback and breakout presentations on topics ranging from game design philosophy to floor performance management to loyalty to mobile solutions. The event ends on Thursday.
Mr Wilson said the event provided Aristocrat with insights and engagement that help the company support their clients’ success. The company is licensed by more than 200 regulators and its products and services are available in more than 90 countries around the world.
“I rely heavily on Aristocrat and their developers to help me be successful with my customers, and their leadership is open, wants to hear honest feedback and wants to make the relationships better,” the Aristocrat Technologies statement quotes Live! casino and hotel senior vice-president Beth Perlman as saying.
Net profit after tax at Aristocrat Leisure rose 2.8 percent in its fiscal first half, on revenue that rose 28.5 percent, the firm told the Australian Securities Exchange in May.
